Legal Business’ sister brand The Legal 500 is to launch a new recruitment service.
The Legal 500 Jobs has been launched in response to demands from law firms and in-house teams for a global jobs portal that covers the full range of recruitment from graduates, in-house counsel, associates and partners as well as business services, marketing and management professionals. The Legal 500 Jobs is now open to lawyers seeking new opportunities to upload CVs and allow recruiters to match them to the right jobs. The site is backed by the full weight of the Legalease portfolio, including Legal Business, The In-House Lawyer, GC, Lex 100 and The Legal 500, which attracts over 4.6 million annual users.
The online service is responding to expanding career paths in the legal sector as young associates look beyond the partnership track and technology begins to progressively recast the $700bn global legal industry.
The Legal 500 Jobs will initially focus on the UK market, but will start to roll out globally from September 2017. The site is the latest in a series of product launches from Legal Business parent company Legalease, including Who Represents Who, a database of more than a million client relationships drawing on information from The Legal 500.
