David Engel has specialised in reputation and privacy law for 25 years, and leads our reputation and information protection team. His practice has for many years been recognised as a market leader in the field. Lauren Hamilton is a highly-experienced commercial disputes lawyer who advises clients on issues affecting all aspects of their business, for example in respect of major IT/technology projects, supplier contracts, confidentiality clubs, JV disputes, shareholder disputes, valuations and claims against third-party advisers for breach of contract/negligence. She has secured successful results for clients in both ADR/mediation but at the same time has extensive trial experience in both High Court litigation and international arbitration, having guided multiple clients through trials at first instance, applications for urgent relief, judicial review applications, and appeals.
