Ken Rivlin is global co-head of A&O Shearman’s environmental, climate and regulatory law practice, while also serving as elected member of the firm’s board and head of its risk committee. With longstanding expertise across sustainability & ESG, climate risk, emissions trading & decarbonization, as well as corporate reporting & disclosure, he is a leading advisor to US corporates (General Electric), financial institutions (Citi, HSBC), governments (US Department of Energy) and NGOs.
